		<description>I can definitely agree with the concept presented in this post.  I have a niche site (baldeagleloans.com) that I had going when I was active with a P2P lending outfit.  The adsense ads for that site can bring better than a dollar a click, where I've seen other ads pay less than 4 cents.  I was going to close the site when I disassociated myself with the P2P lending outfit, but the ads are generating more than the site costs to operate (even with no new content).  So, I leave a dormant site up because it is a cash cow.

I'm considering ways to get back into a similar niche, but want to learn a few more tricks before I dive in that pool again.  Thanks for a very insightful blog!</description>
