One thing I forgot to include was the more successful you become in the networks, the more likely you will be offered a chance to promote their first tier offers. Currently over at Commission Monster there are CPA campaigns running for Lift SP (Face Cream) $25 lead - Northwestern Mutual (150 yr old American icon co) $15 lead or Bullroarer that is a mobile content provider for $10 lead and many more. Of course most of these high paying campaigns need approval. I will definitely be taking a closer look at the longer running campaigns as you recommended.
